• Removing the Confirmation Dialog from CWM Recovery
  This is quite easy but not very known till now. You just need to put a hidden file named .no_confirm into the clockworkmod folder on your sd-card.
• Restoring System after switching 2g/3g without disabling the data connection
  in this case you have to
1. enable usb debugging (tricky job because of phone app fc popups).
1. If you have it always enabled adb also works while in ClockWorkMod / Recovery.
2. connect your phone to a computer with adb and type the following:
3. adb shell
4. sqlite3 /data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases/settings.db
5. delete from secure where name='preferred_network_mode'; 
6. .quit 
7. Reboot your phone to activate your change.

• Playback 720p mkv files totally smooth
  some users reported that DicePlayer and MoboPlayer work well and decodes it at 100mhz (hardware decoding?)
• Change SMSC SMS Service Provider Number

1. Use this PDU Converter to find out the correct number to enter
2. open your dialer and input  *#*#4636#*#* to open testing application
3. choose "Phone Information
4. scroll down and enter the code from PDU Converter in SMSC field
5. press "update"
